General- 2 initial sketchs. Substantial changes can only be made in the sketch. More changes can increase the price the amount that the artist considers.- The time to complete the work ranges from one week to three weeks normally, depending on the complexity of the commission.-If the client wants something specific (Expression // background // pose // etc.), it must be specified in the commission request.- Art by Magik4le can not be used for AI or NFTs.For Personal use:- The file will be sent in png or jpeg- The product will be delivered with a watermark or signature.- The commission price does not include native .psd or similar files.-Any commission made for personal or non-profit use only, unless otherwise discussed. The client should not profit from the work done without discussing it in advance and thus reaching an agreement.For Comercial use-The artwork you are purchasing is for what you have laid out in your request. If it is for a book cover, you will only have rights to use it as a book cover. If you would like to use it on promotional or other commercial items you will have to purchase a license to use it for that.- I reserve the right to post the illustration/s or painting/s on my social platforms for promotion, on my portfolio for personal promotion (Once the product has been realised by the client, I'll add a watermark stating that it is a commission for a specific client and that it should not be reposted, resold, etc.)Payment-Payment is made in advance, once the commission has been accepted.-I do not begin working until I receive payment.-A full refund will only be made if work has not been started. If the work was started but is not completed, the refund will be partial to the amount worked.
